Dear Parents,

We have a fun week planned.  Our first field trip is Wednesday, October 20th.  We will leave immediately after attendance is taken.  If you are a driver please be prepared to leave ASAP that morning.  Our tour begins at 9:00am. Please have your students wear their uniforms, tennis shoes and bring a sweatshirt or sweater.  It can get dirty out at the pumpkin patch.  We will be back by lunch.  Parent teacher conferences are next week.  If you have not already done so please send back the blue paper with the time you would like to meet.  I will send home a note to confirm our scheduled appointment.  Please practice math facts at home with your students.  If you need any ideas please let me know.  We have some great ideas to add math facts to family time.  Sight words are a part of our homework.  Please practice these words with your student every day so that they can become more familiar with them during reading groups.  Comfort packs were due October 1st.  If you have not already brought your Comfort Packs please send it ASAP!!!!   A friendly reminder, the office needs to know if you will be attending the Condors Hockey Game field trip.  If you plan to attend please let the office know so that they can get a head count for seating.  Money for the Condors Hockey Field Trip is not due until October 22nd.  Have a great week!
